Cyr Counseling

Hello! I'm Stephen and I look forward to meeting you. In my work, I prioritize first getting to know my clients so that I understand where you are in your journey and so I can walk alongside you. I use three evidence-based therapy modalities called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems which I use to help my clients who experience anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship challenges, suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, as well as other difficulties. I am also Catholic and studied Theology and Philosophy in college which deeply influences my understanding of life and can be integrated into our work together if you so desire. I care deeply about each of my clients and I experience great joy when my clients leave my office at the end of our work with less weight and more peace and joy than when we started.
